The staff were accommodating. Julia remembered my name and greeted me each morning with a smile. The buffet breakfast was AMAZING!!! I really appreciated the Monday night cultural buffet. The fire dancing show was very nice, just very nice.

I found three pools, all very clean. The breakfast had lots of variety. I found the staff helpful. They quickly addressed my needs.

The shower sprayed against the wall in my room, so I stood close to the wall and could not wash easily. The hairdryer plug kept falling out of the socket. The chairs on the balcony were old and uncomfortable.

I found the location to be wonderfully central to everything (a real plus!). i requested my rooms be close together and the hotel accommodated me perfectly. the rooms were also large and clean. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly.

The hotel has three outdoor pools. One is right on the beachfront and provides direct beach access, a great option for quick dips. i also noticed there was money exchange onsite that offered the same rates i saw on the streets, super convenient.

the staff were attentive for the most part, always ready to help with a smile (it really makes a difference). one staff member helped me confirm the correct postage for my postcards and even sent them for me. the breakfast was also a delight, served on site with a great view of the beach.
